My designs are set up for automatic download. If you want your designs emailed to you please make a note in the comments section in your shopping cart.

I also ship CD's for 4.95 USPS no matter how many design sets you buy as long as they are all shipped at the same time.

Refunds

Refunds are not given on any embroidery design. I will, however, work with you on any problems you may have getting your designs to work properly for you!

Please contact me if you have any problems ... it's always a program issue and can always be resolved.
